Hey all, sorry I've been gone for what seems like forever....I'm gonna try to be on here more frequently!

Now for your reading pleasure....an actual conversation that took place between Justin and I this afternoon:

Justin- "My life flashed before my eyes!"

Me, totally not paying attention to what he said- "As soon as we got in the car, the smell hit my nostrils....DOG FOOD!"

Long time no blog!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still here! My old laptop quit working a few weeks ago, but I got a new netbook yesterday so now all is great again! :D

I'll do a real update with pictures and everything soon, but I start classes again tomorrow so I'll wait until I actually have something interesting to show and tell!

Ahh, it feels good to sit down...I worked 9-5 today. Now I have 2 days off!

Also, I have 2 pictures to share :)

First, the usual outfit photo...this is what I wore to work today. I LOVE this skirt...it's purple and has a peacock feather pattern on it!



Now for my amazing garage sale find....a Care Bear cassette player! Who cares if I no longer have any cassette tapes, this thing is adorable!



Haha...maybe I'll find some Barbie tapes to listen to on it :P

Feeling kinda....sneezy!

I'm dealing with allergies at the moment....my nose is all stuffed up. Boo!

I went with Kaity to Fort Madison again this past Sunday. We painted the closet in her classroom BRIGHT GREEN! It was called Mantis Green, but I've taken to calling it Kermit the Frog Green + Nickelodeon Slime Green. What do you think?

Walking on a dream

Last night I went out with Kaity and Lisa for karaoke and it was hilarious. Don't worry, I didn't sing anything! ;) But, I did do the Cupid Shuffle! I don't think I'll ever be tired of that dance, it reminds me of fun and crazy times with friends two summers ago!

In between listening dancing and listening to people sing horribly, we managed to get a few pictures!

Now I've gotta get to bed....I have a doctor appointment tomorrow morning (yearly checkup) and since it's 2 hours away, I need to wake up way earlier than I'd like. Justin's coming with me and we're going to visit my mom afterwards, so it should still be a fun day :)

It's been a busy week for me so far!

On Sunday I went with Kaity and her friend Krystal down to Fort Madison. The plan was to clean Kaity's classroom. We ended up taking everything out of the supply closet and it was ridiculous how much stuff we found in there! Boxes and more boxes, all full of art supplies...I don't think she's going to have to buy much more.

By far the best thing we found was a set of famous art masks. I decided to try on 'The Scream' :D

Besides that I've been working the past few days...today I seriously had 10 returns in a row to take care of, it was crazy! Tomorrow is my day off though, so Justin and I are going to have a date day. :)
